Conference registration covers all sessions from 6-8 July, welcome drinks on 6 July, morning and afternoon teas, and lunches. The conference dinner on 7 July is additional but you can register for the dinner at the same time as the conference. Depending on numbers, additional tickets for the dinner may be purchased from the conference organisers (firstname.lastname@example.org) at the conference.
Please register by 21 June 2016. Early Bird rates apply to those who book before 10 May 2016.

The official conference dinner will be held at the Fort Scratchley Historic Site from 7pm – 10pm on Thursday 7th July.

Your registration will be acknowledged via email, within 10 working days of receipt of the registration. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact the conference convenors (email@example.com) to confirm receipt of your registration.
Registration fees are based on date of receipts of payment (not based on date of receipt of registration forms). A Tax Invoice will be provided once payment is made.
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the conference convenors. Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation on or before 21st June – Full payment less administration fee of $110.00
- Cancellation after 21st June – No refund
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the conference, provided the conference convenors are advised in writing.
The primary purpose for collecting personal information supplied on this form is to process your registration. In registering for this event, relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only) and may be made available to parties directly related to this event.
Registration fees DO NOT include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. ANZCA will not take any responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
ANZCA and the University of Newcastle do not accept responsibility for personal accidents, theft and/or damage to the property of delegates.
