You may submit a full paper, an abstract (oral-only presentation) or a panel proposal. The deadline for submissions is 4th March 2016 (extended to 9th March) and all will be initially reviewed by the conference team in consultation with stream coordinators.
The conference is using the EasyChair conference support system and you will need to register with EasyChair to submit your paper. This is the only format through which papers, abstracts and panel proposals will be accepted. Please do not email papers or abstracts to the conference organisers or the stream coordinators directly.
Please note that with ALL types of submission, EasyChair will ask for an abstract as well as an uploaded document.
Full papers will go through a further step of double-blind peer review and will be eligible for inclusion in the ANZCA 2016 Conference Proceedings. Please read the call for papers and the notes on submission before submitting a full paper.
Oral-only papers (abstracts)
Abstracts for papers that will only be presented orally will be quality assured but not peer-reviewed. There will be no need to submit a full paper if you choose this option. Abstracts should be 250-500 words in length.
The organisers strongly encourage panel proposals. These will be quality-assured by the organisers in consultation with stream coordinators. A panel should comprise 3-4 speakers whose research has a strong thematic or methodological link or interaction. The proposal should include:
- Panel title
- An overall abstract (250-500 words) justifying the panel as a whole
- A separate abstract (250-500 words) for each proposed paper
- Brief biographies of each presenter (up to 100 words).
Thanks to stream coordinators for their work. Click here for the list of coordinators and their contact details.
